Statutory Warranty Rights

rie:sel design products are subject to regular quality controls. Should one of our products unexpectedly have a defect, we sincerely regret this.

Our products are covered by the statutory warranty rights applicable by law. For consumers, the statutory warranty period is generally two years from receipt of the goods. rie:sel design does not provide any additional voluntary commercial guarantee beyond these statutory rights.

If you experience a problem with one of our products, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. If you purchased the product directly from rie:sel design, you are of course welcome to contact us directly.

Even after the statutory warranty period has expired, we are happy to review your request and will try to find a goodwill solution on a case-by-case basis.

Statutory warranty rights generally do not cover defects or damage caused by:

• improper handling or use other than as intended

• normal wear and tear or wear resulting from use

• failure to follow the instructions for use or installation

• falls, accidents or other external influences

Consumers' statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. In the event of a valid statutory warranty claim, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Depending on the individual case, this may include repair or replacement of the affected product.

If an identical model is no longer available, we will agree with you on an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Claims for damages are governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please send us a brief description of the defect, a photo of the affected product and, where available, your proof of purchase to info@riesel-design.com.
